Registration for Exhibit/Vendor Booth*

September 13-14, 2008

The exhibit area and marketplace for vendors will be in the Edmonds Plaza Room, 650 Main Street, upstairs from the Edmonds Library. The hours will be 10:00 am-4:00 pm, and set-up will begin at 9:00 am. There is a limited amount of space available for booths.  Nothing may be hung on the walls.  Vendors are responsible for their own staffing and sales. The following criteria and fees will apply:

• All booths must relate to birds, nature, or Puget Sound conservation issues, and are subject to approval by the Steering Committee.
• A $25 non-refundable fee will be payable to Puget Sound Bird Fest.
• Deadline to request a booth is August 1, 2008.
• You will receive confirmation of your request by e-mail.
• The fee will be waived for non-profit exhibitors.
• The fee will be waived for Bird Fest sponsors of at least $300.
• Please notify us ASAP if you decide to cancel your booth.
